Who doesn't love pancakes?  Using cricket flour is an easy way to add protein and amino acids to your Sunday morning pancake feast.  There are a number of recipes available for pancakes made with cricket flour.  This recipe, made with a blend of cricket flour, coconut flour, and buckwheat flour, offers pancakes which are completely gluten-free and packed with protein.  You can add blueberries or get creative with your own flair!
